Responsibilities :
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Executive Director to ensure high quality clinical services and to develop innovative clinical programs and community partnerships
- Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations assist in all critical situations or clinical emergencies
- Monitor clinical staff workloads / assignments / quota attainments and maintain an individual caseload based on agency needs
- Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and mentoring to staff and interns as required
- Monitor documentation and oversee clinical care to ensure regulatory standards and / or contractual requirements are met
- Monitor Medicaid, Medicare and other private insurance
- Seek out new internship opportunities and maintain relationships with graduate schools
- Interview potential interns and coordinate their orientation and training
- Demonstrate respectful, supportive leadership that increases the success and cohesiveness of the team
- Maintain a positive, ethical, and professional working relationship with community, government agencies, and other professional
- Maintain active New Jersey Licenses
- Maintain a caseload of 10 clients weekly
- Monthly staff meeting Via Zoom
- Monitor (quota attainment and admission rate)
- Perform other duties as requested
Experience :
Previous supervisory experience is preferredBilingual ability is a plusSkills and Knowledge :
Knowledge of clinical perspectives, approaches and interventionsKnowledge of effective assessment and treatmentKnowledge of community resources and treatment optionAdvanced written and oral communication, decision making and problem-solving skills, and efficient time managementExcellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with others with others within the organization and in the communityAbility to accept direction and delegation of work under the supervision of the Executive DirectorEducation :
Master's degree in a related clinical field such as Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or PsychologyNJ License (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)Supervisory license (ACS)
