Your impact
In this role, you’ll safeguard uptime and safety by pairing hands-on skill with meticulous documentation and communication. You’ll be the go-to for installs, troubleshooting, and precision calibration—while mentoring teammates and modeling safe work practices.
Key responsibilities
- Install, repair, maintain, adjust, modify, clean, construct, and service plant systems across electrical, electronic, pneumatic, recording, and control disciplines.
- Diagnose issues using pertinent diagnostic tools; interpret blueprints, drawings, diagrams, manuals, and codes to plan and execute work.
- Perform layout, assembly, and wiring for new installations and replacements.
- Conduct and record tests, including temperature and combustion surveys, and maintain accurate work orders, calibration logs, and calculation records.
- Operate mobile / material-handling equipment; erect and remove ladders and scaffolding safely.
- Adhere to all policies and safety rules and meet Monthly Safety Leading Indicator Requirements within our Rewards and Recognition Program.

2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or foundry environmentProven dependability, attendance, and a positive, safety-first mindsetAbility to work independently and as part of a team; respectful written and verbal communicationComfort working from elevated positions; adept with hand / power tools and mobile equipmentMechanical troubleshooting and heavy equipment repair skillsCompetence with 120 / 208 / 240 / 480 VAC systems and performing machine safety inspectionsBlueprint literacy and effective use of diagnostic instrumentsPLC experience is a plus; foundry experience is a plusTech you’ll use
