About The Position

ID : 74307021 Shift : 8H Days 8hr Days + every 3rd weekend, First to Float Description : Unit go directly to the unitneed 2 sup refs (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w / in 12 mo. & 1 w / in 3 years workedCandidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and / or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be consideredTravelers will work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years). Managers will make the final call on scheduling, but we would include this verbiage on the confirmation.

• MUST HAVE PRIOR CA DIGNITY / COMMONSPIRIT ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE OR THEY WILL NOT CONSIDERED
• UnitCare Coordination (case management) CertsMUST have experience with and proficient at Midas, InterCall, Cerner, Curaspan, and Microsoft Office programs. Experience with discharge planning and utilization review. Minimum of 3 years hospital experience and needs acute level care coordination experienceRatios1 : 20 patient assignment.Charge NurseManagerWeekend RequirementScrub ColorBusiness casual conservative dress, no open toed shoes, and lab coats. Minimal to no perfume. A clean, professional look.RT 24 / 7YesPharmacy 24 / 7YesShifts8hrs, Prefer minimal time off requests.Can make a 12 hour shift option IF the candidate has a background in ED and is willing to work night shift. No OT.FloatingNeed to be able to cover all adult areas of the hospital. If no women's health experience, the traveler will not cover this.Floor specific orientation4 days webinar on charting. 2 days preceptor as well. Additional NotesMust be a fast learner, adaptable, flexible and be able to hit floor running. Excellent attendance is expected. Must take lunches and breaks.
