Purchasing Assistant
Robert Half is partnering with a dynamic and growing organization to find an experienced Purchasing Assistant. The Purchasing Assistant supports the procurement team by maintaining supplier records, preparing purchase orders, and communicating with vendors. This role is critical in ensuring smooth procurement operations within an organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate supplier databases and procurement records.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.
- Communicate with suppliers to track delivery status and resolve issues.
- Support the evaluation of vendor performance.
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team as required.
Qualifications :
