Operations Specialist

Do you enjoy digging into data, spotting trends, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? If so, you might be a great fit for our Operations Specialist role!

What you’ll be doing :

• Help ensure our programs stay in compliance with all licensing, Medicaid, and accreditation standards and assist with quality improvement projects.
• Collect and analyze data to track program performance and support continuous improvement
• Create clear reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Smartsheet, and Power BI
• Share updates on regulatory changes and assist with policy and procedure updates, including policies, procedures, and handbooks.

$52,000-$60,000 / year

Hybrid role with office attendance for meetings

Weekday 9 : 00am -5 : 00pm with ability to flex your schedule

What we are looking for :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Public or Business Administration, Personnel Administration

Valid Driver’s license in good standing, and automobile insurance. Must obtain a valid IL license within 30 days of hire if moving from out of state.

Proficient Microsoft Office Suite experience (Excel, Word, Outlook)
