Northwest PA - Erie County | Bradford | Corry | Kane |

Seneca | Franklin

Southwest PA -

Hermitage | Pittsburgh | Washington

West Central PA - Altoona |

Bedford | Somerset

Western MD -

Cumberland

Western NY -

Jamestown

Qualifications

(MD / DO)

Medicine Residency Program Completion

Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (or

board-eligible for residency new graduates)

Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License (or ability to

obtain)

skills are essential, as we prioritize delivering the highest
