You are a Commercial Lines Account Manager with 3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience, ready to advance your career. You are committed to providing exceptional service to clients, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently. You have a strong knowledge of Commercial Lines insurance products and may have industry-specific experience in construction, energy, education, transportation, or real estate. Building relationships and understanding client needs are important to you. You communicate effectively via email and phone. You follow detailed procedures and have experience working with top insurance carriers. You are motivated by hard work, accuracy, and doing what is best for your clients. You enjoy challenges and take pride in your work.

Job Summary :

This role involves proactively managing the workflow and lifecycle of an assigned book of business, serving as the primary client contact for account servicing, policy changes, inquiries, renewals, and billing. The role strictly adheres to our standards and procedures.

Location : Flexible; based in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, or remote / hybrid options available.

What You Bring :

• 3+ years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience, preferably at an agency
• Mandatory Producer License
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Expertise in Commercial Lines coverage and terminology
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Insurance designations like CIC, CISR preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office
