Position Summary

Reporting to the Vice President of FP&A, the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) of EG America will oversee 1-3 direct reports and will be responsible for a variety of the US FP&A functions. The primary responsibilities for this role are financial planning and analysis, forecasting, annual budget process, monthly results review, and ad‑hoc analysis for various internal business partners.

The successful candidate should have a proven and quantifiable track record of success in delivering results within a fast‑pace growth environment.

Internal partners within all departments within EG America. FP&A team in the UK at the Head Office.

Requirements

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant experience.

Preferred Education

Bachelor’s degree in a business related field.

Minimum Experience

10+ years in Finance / Accounting.

Preferred Experience

5+ years in FP&A at a retail organization.

Soft Skills

Other Requirements

Physical : No requirements.

Travel : Minimal to none.

Hours & Conditions : 40-50 hour work week in a corporate environment.

Other : Being able to commute to Westborough, MA is a must.
