Customer Service Representative / Office Administrator
Seeking a Customer Service Representative / Office Administrator for a direct hire opportunity with our client in North Royalton, OH.
This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental and Vision!
Pay is between $23 - $26 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service to clients and technicians.
- Schedule and coordinate service calls efficiently to ensure timely response and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and schedules.
- Support daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Communicate with field staff and management to ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standards.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer information and job tracking.
Qualifications :
3+ years of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience in an office environment.Previous experience scheduling service calls in a plumbing, HVAC, or construction industry is highly desirable.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Positive, team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor.Experience with ServiceTitan CRM or similar dispatching / scheduling software is a major plus.If you are interested in learning more about this role, please submit your resume for immediate consideration!
