Job Description
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support management with operations, communication, and organizational coordination across multiple departments. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-through, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — particularly Excel. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring key tasks and follow-ups are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities :
\n
Serve as the main point of contact between management and internal / external team members.
\n
Manage daily communication, scheduling, and follow-ups on behalf of management.
\n
Track open items including support tickets, operational issues, and pending deliverables to ensure timely resolution.
\n
Coordinate with vendors to source needed items and services, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
\n
Follow up with the accounting team for key financial reports, including weekly accounts payable summaries, monthly P&L statements, and other owed items.
\n
Provide weekly inventory reports on each store's status, summarizing key metrics such as menu health, product availability, and vendor ordering needs.
\n
Provide weekly reports on current employee par levels by position, identifying staffing gaps, scheduling needs, and active hiring requirements.
\n
Serve as the primary point of contact for job offers, onboarding timelines, and communication with new hires, ensuring a smooth and timely onboarding process.
\n
Compile and analyze operational and staffing data in Excel to support management decision-making.
\n
Maintain organized digital and physical files with accuracy and confidentiality.
\n
Support general administrative duties, meeting coordination, and special projects as assigned.
\n
Salary
$65000 - $75000 USD per year
Required Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
\n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
Strong organizational and time management abilities with a high attention to detail.
\n
Proven ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
\n
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
\n
Prior experience in administrative, operations, or HR coordination roles preferred.
