Responsibilities :

Lead multiple high-value projects and manage overall project performance.

Client relationship management and contract negotiations.

Ensure profitability, schedule adherence and risk mitigation.

Coach and develop PMs and site teams.

Qualifications :

8+ years of progressive project management with a general contractor.

Proven success delivering multimillion-dollar commercial or industrial projects.

Strong financial acumen and stakeholder communication.
