Project Engineer / Project Manager – Civil Engineering

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Project Engineer / Manager to join a growing civil engineering team. This mid- to senior-level role is ideal for someone who thrives on designing and managing a wide variety of infrastructure projects, including water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation, and site development.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 5–15+ years of professional experience in civil engineering design and project delivery
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Experience with ArcView / GIS
• Familiarity with industry-standard design and analysis tools such as WaterCAD, SewerCAD, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and HCS
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office , especially Excel
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and communicate professionally
