Description :

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both Information Technology and Operational Technology, demonstrating the ability to bridge the gap between traditional IT systems and industrial OT environments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements.

• This role will coordinate across IT, OT, compliance, and vendor teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned to organizational priorities The PMO IT / OT Project Manager III will work with project team to implement best in-class applications and enhancements. Responsible for organizing and facilitating status update, presentations, project schedule, financial reporting and risk management.
• Project manager would use project management skills to work with the team to provide project deliverables, identify project risks, organize workshops and training venues. Some projects will be companywide, large projects that require appropriate levels of communication and task coordination to ensure projects are delivered with quality. Understand the triple constraints of a project and how to control project scope, cost and schedule.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for cybersecurity initiatives.
• Facilitate coordination between IT, OT, security operations, compliance, and third-party vendors.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Prepare regular status updates and executive-ready reporting.
• Support compliance evidence collection, audit readiness, and risk register updates.
• Ensure pilots are documented, evaluated, and transitioned into broader adoption where successful.

Required Skills & Experience :

• Familiarity with cybersecurity domains such as vulnerability management, compliance frameworks (NIST, GDPR, NIS2, TSA Pipeline SD, CMMC, NERCCIP, SOX, CCPA), and security operations (EDR, NDR, SIEM, Vulnerability Management).
• Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical topics for diverse audiences.
• Experience delivering projects in complex IT / OT or regulated environments is a plus.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :

• Oil & Gas experience is a plus.
• Experience in an Information Technology Environment.

No direct reports.

WORK CONDITIONS :

Office based, minimum travel, under 5% a year. At times, required to work in warehouse / plant environment and refinery / industrial / pipeline environment, includes but not limited to, work near moving mechanical parts and / or rotating equipment, loud noise or vibrations and varying road conditions. May be required to work outdoors and subject to all weather conditions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Job conditions require standing, walking, sitting, lifting, talking or hearing, making visual inspections, ability to operate and drive all assigned company vehicles at company standard insurance rates is essential (inability to maintain standard insurance rates is grounds for dismissal), valid State driver's license and proof of insurance, ability to wear personal protective equipment and a respirator during emergency situations as needed (beards not permitted).
