Bilingual PMO Project Leader

• PMO Project Leader Client : Japanese IT company Working Location : Irving, TX Working Style : Hybrid(At least 2 days in the office) Employment Type : Full-time, Exempt Salary : $75K–$90K Benefit : Standard corporate benefits package (Insurance, PTO, 401K) Visa Support : Not provided Working Hours : Standard business hours Language : English & Japanese (Business-level fluency required) ▶︎ Key Responsibilities : Track IT project progress and maintain documentation (status reports, schedules, dashboards).
• Assist in identifying risks, issues, and corrective actions.
• Support compliance with project standards, templates, and processes.
• Help organize training sessions and workshops on methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Maintain documentation, templates, and knowledge-sharing systems.
• Coordinate with trainers, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure consistent use of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Facilitate communication through reports, meeting notes, and updates.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow-ups.
• Communicate with Japan headquarters and global stakeholders.
• Maintain PMO’s central repository for lessons learned and best practices.
