Executive Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support leadership in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will excel in managing schedules, coordinating events, and executing administrative tasks with precision.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain and organize executive calendars to ensure efficient scheduling and time management.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments with attention to detail.
- Arrange and oversee travel plans, including booking transportation and accommodations.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and relevant documents for executive meetings.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Provide administrative support by managing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and supports the productivity of executive staff.
Requirements :
