We're looking for a Full-Time reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Porter  to support our operations team during a busy project period.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities of the Apartment Porter :

• Property Projects : Assist with property improvement and maintenance projects such as painting, general repairs, landscaping, and other assigned tasks to enhance the community's appearance.
• Ravello Exterior Projects : Support exterior maintenance and improvement projects specific to Ravello, ensuring all outdoor areas are well-kept and visually appealing.
• Maintain Cleanliness : Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in common areas including hallways, lobbies, and recreational areas.
• Trash Removal : Collect and dispose of trash from designated areas ensuring proper disposal methods are followed.
• Groundskeeping : Keep outdoor areas clean and tidy by removing litter, watering plants, and ensuring sidewalks and pathways are clear of debris.
• Light Maintenance : Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, and reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist Residents : Provide assistance to residents by helping with moving furniture, carrying packages, and addressing any concerns or inquiries in a courteous manner.
