Job Overview
The Solution Sales Group Manager manages multiple accounts. A good understanding of the industry, direct competitors' products and services, is necessary in order to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business. Requires thorough understanding of strategic direction of the function within the relevant part of the business, combined with a solid conceptual / practical grounding in both the function and / or area of expertise and related subject areas. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. External communication / negotiation are also necessary. Accountable for end results, budgeting, planning, policy formulation and contribution to future strategy of the area(s). Impact reflects size of portfolio managed, strategic influence on the business and interaction with other functions or businesses.
Responsibilities
- Increase penetration of the Bank's services within the existing client base as well as acquiring new clients for the Bank
- Leading their specific FinTech clients' sales origination, pipeline development, customer revenue growth and retention
- Responsible for new cross-sell and retention
- Trusted Advisors to FinTech clients for complex cash management, treasury and working capital, and trade services
- Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure
- Contribute to a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics
- Appropriately assess risk / reward of transactions when making business decisions; and ensure that all deal stakeholders understand the need to do the same, demonstrating proper consideration for the firm's reputation.

Qualifications
15+ years of experience, including 8-10+ years' cash management or related Client Treasury / Cash Operations experiencePossesses in-depth knowledge of and other banking productsEducation
