As the Client Experience Coordinator at Peak Sodding, you’ll be the first impression of our brand—serving as the voice, tone, and warmth that clients encounter from their very first interaction. You’ll manage inbound leads with professionalism and care, asking intentional questions to understand project goals, qualifying prospects, and setting up seamless appointments for our sales team. Your ability to listen deeply, communicate clearly, and build trust quickly will play a direct role in our company’s reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Compensation :

$37,440 - $50,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

The Client Experience Coordinator is expected to manage all inbound inquiries with care and precision, ensuring every client’s first interaction with Peak Sodding reflects the excellence and professionalism of our brand. You will be accountable for delivering a timely, consistent, and personal experience that converts qualified leads into booked appointments for the sales team.

  • Respond promptly to all inbound inquiries via phone, text, web, and email, maintaining an average response time under 10 minutes.
  • Qualify potential clients by asking intentional, discovery-driven questions that uncover project scope, readiness, and fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently, optimizing for both client convenience and sales team productivity.
  • Ensure all client information is accurately entered into CRM systems with detailed notes and relevant context.
  • Confirm appointments with clients and ensure sales representatives are fully briefed before arrival.
  • Support ongoing lead nurturing efforts through reactivation campaigns, follow-ups, and referral outreach.
  • Track and report daily and weekly performance metrics, including conversion rates, booking ratios, and response times.
  • Uphold Peak Sodding’s reputation by providing an interaction that leaves every potential client feeling heard, valued, and confident in choosing our team.

  • Proven success in a client service, administrative, or inside sales support role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; professional, clear, and personable tone.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and priorities at once.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering or managing client data.
  • Experience using CRM systems and office software (Google Workspace preferred).
  • Ability to balance empathy and efficiency—serving clients warmly while staying productive.
  • Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and follow-through on commitments.
