ODM Developer

A company is looking for an ODM Developer to support large-scale state projects focused on client eligibility systems within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement business rules and decision services using IBM ODM or other BRMS tools

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into executable decision logic

Integrate ODM solutions with Java applications, APIs, and databases for real-time decision processing

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in developing and managing business rules and decision services

Proven expertise in implementing business rules using ODM or comparable BRMS tools

Advanced experience integrating rule engines within Java-based enterprise applications

Strong understanding of decision modeling (DMN) and rule authoring best practices

Skilled in testing, debugging, and tuning rule executions across multiple environments
