Senior Revenue Cycle Strategist

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Cycle Strategy Partner.

Key Responsibilities

Leads complex strategic projects and initiatives across the revenue cycle, including opportunity assessments and implementation planning

Conducts advanced data analysis and performance benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Collaborates with operational leaders and teams to co-design innovative solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field plus 7 years of experience (Master's preferred)

5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, finance, strategy, or performance improvement

Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives and working with executive stakeholders

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL)

Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results
