Position and location

This position is located in Tampa, FL. You must be able to reliably commute to our office in this location, per our hybrid working policy.

Graduate program overview

We are launching a new graduate program in 2026. You will gain hands-on experience across a variety of impactful projects. Your responsibilities may include :

• Designing engineering solutions
• Conducting and monitoring site inspections
• Joining project and client meetings
• Refining technical designs and documentation
• Analyzing reports and specifications
