Key Responsibilities
Assist in defining marketing strategies and plans aligned with business goals
Manage the integrated marketing calendar and ensure timely updates to stakeholders
Collaborate with teams to monitor campaign performance and conduct post-campaign analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
5+ years of traditional or digital marketing experience, preferably in retail or consumer brands
Experience in developing marketing strategies and achieving measurable objectives
Proven ability to deliver strong return on advertising spend (ROAS) and return on investment (ROI)
Strong leadership and project management skills
