Project Manager For Salesforce Enhancement Initiative

Seeking a highly dynamic Project Manager to lead a $2M Salesforce enhancement initiative focused on automating account onboarding processes and integrating with TrustDesk. This is a high-intensity business process project involving multiple technology teams, external vendors, and complex workflows. The PM will serve as a critical communicator and leader, bringing together diverse teams and ensuring alignment across business, technology, and vendor stakeholders. Project involves automating account onboarding into Salesforce, replacing manual processes. Requires coordination with two technology teams, each with different leadership structures. Integration with two external vendors and collaboration with teams like DocuSign, CRM BSA, wealth tech, and developers. PM will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting under EPO governance. This is not a Salesforce implementation, but an enhancement and modification project. High-touch business line with significant client onboarding complexity and massive data collection. Looking for a rockstar communicator and creative problem-solver who can inspire teams and think critically.

Skills and Requirements :

• 5+ years as a Project Manager
• Proven Salesforce migration / enhancement experience
• Strong Agile project management background
• Experience in banking or financial services
• Ability to lead and engage cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with technical teams and sales teams
• Experience managing budgets and forecasts for large-scale project
• Experience with TrustDesk
• Prior work with sales enablement or onboarding processes
• East Coast time zone alignment
• Vendor management experience
