Schedule : Monday to Friday

Our dental office is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Dental Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. If you’re confident discussing financial matters with patients and have prior experience in a dental setting, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do :

• Manage appointment scheduling and patient communications via phone, email, and outreach software
• Coordinate insurance benefits and treatment appointments
• Collaborate with the dentist and office manager to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
• Perform general office duties and assist with other tasks as needed
