JOIN OUR TEAM: Seeking a Mature, Compassionate Live-In Caregiver
Are you a warm, dedicated individual with a passion for helping others? We are searching for a compassionate live-in caregiver to become an essential part of our team. Your role will be to provide exceptional care and companionship to our clients, ensuring they live a comfortable, happy, and healthy life. We match our professional care providers with clients; most of our caregivers do not have more than 1 or 2 clients as we believe caregivers and clients both appreciate consistency. Must be available for an immediate start. CNA License preferred but not required.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Competitive Pay: $300-$315/DAY Weekly Pay
Direct Deposit
1.5x Holiday Pay
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
*Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
*Provide medication reminders and ensure proper medication management.
*Offer companionship and engage in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
*Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
*Coordinate and accompany to medical appointments and social activities.
*Monitor health and report any changes in condition to family members and healthcare professionals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Proven experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
*Compassionate, patient, and reliable with excellent interpersonal skills.
*Ability to handle physical tasks and mobility assistance.
*Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
*Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response.
*Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
*Background check and references will be required.
