We are seeking to add an ambitious, organized and self-motivated recruitment super star to our team! Our firm specializes in the Construction and Real-Estate Markets and strives to make the perfect connection for our clients and candidates. We are seeking an experienced recruiter to add to our team in the coming weeks.

The Role :

• Take on Job starts with clients in an informative meeting
• Research market to find candidates who could be a good fit
• Call and interview candidates via telephone
• Craft an inspiring introduction to the client regarding candidate's background and interest
• Follow up with candidates and keep abreast of changes and updates in the market
• Update Bullhorn ATS daily
• Attend weekly in person meetings with Senior Management Team
