Job Description

Identify and source qualified candidates for commercial construction roles.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies tailored to the construction industry.

Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and objectives.

Maintain an updated database of potential candidates and industry contacts.

Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.

Provide ongoing support and feedback to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Construction Recruiter should have :

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing, ideally within the construction industry. Ideally 5 years or greater.
• Strong understanding of the commercial construction sector and its hiring needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to meeting hiring goals.
