As a key member of our mobile wound care team, you will : Deliver hands-on, bedside wound care to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities Lead the charge on wound assessment, treatment planning, and advanced procedures Harness cutting-edge tech to accelerate healing Guide smart, effective decisions based on a holistic approach Keep your charting sharp and timely in our customized EMR Recommend next steps and refer when needed to give patients the best path forward Serve as a collaborating physician for NPs / PAs in the area providing real-time support and helping shape the clinical standard Help drive quality initiatives and support our mission of raising the bar in post-acute care Qualifications : MD or DO with active and unrestricted IL license Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Surgery, or similar 2 years of physician experience (wound care or post-acute preferred) IL prescriptive authority & DEA registrations Eligible and willing to serve as a collaborating physician Ability to travel daily to assigned facilities in the Chicago areas Comfortable with EMR, mobile, and laptop documentation Strong interpersonal skills collaborative, communicative, and adaptable Committed to hands-on patient care and mentoring advanced practice providers Apply Today : We ll move quickly to welcome a mission-driven physician into our growing practice.
