Real Estate Listing Agent
Our real estate Team is looking for a Listing Agent to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position is not afraid to ask for business and backs their persuasiveness with top-notch customer service.
This candidate will also have an in-depth knowledge of the area and current market conditions.

Compensation :
$60,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
- Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base
- Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
- Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales
Qualifications :
- Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
- Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing / lead technologies
- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
