Director of Women's Health Service Line

The Director of Women's Health Service Line leads the strategic planning and business development, and oversees finance and administration of the system's Obstetrics service line. Responsible for providing administrative, financial, strategic direction, and opportunities to drive differentiation and improve the overall quality and delivery of services provided for the LCMC Health departments. Works with providers, nursing and administrative leadership to standardize and enhance business practices related to the delivery of care for patients. Works with a team of key clinical and administrative executives charged with full responsibility, accountability for advancing and supporting all aspects of the quadruple aim as they relate to the population served by LCMC Health. Along with an extended team of clinical, administrative colleagues and other leaders to oversees the entire clinical, academic, research and business enterprise.

Experience Qualifications

A minimum of five years of progressive leadership health care experience.

Education Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Finance, or related field (e.g., nursing).

Skills And Abilities

  • Documented success in financial management of a clinical program or department.
  • Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning, budgeting and account management.
  • Operational understanding of complex academic and complex healthcare organizations with the ability to function within a matrixed reporting environment.
  • Demonstrated evidence of strong interpersonal and communications skills, collegial teamwork in accomplishing organizations academic, clinical, fiscal and operational goals and activities.
