About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for HR Systems and Workforce Intelligence. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the HR organization operates with the highest level of efficiency, agility, and alignment to business outcomes through the strategic use of technology. The successful candidate will be the driving force behind the change and implementation of various HR systems and tools, including ATS, HRIS, learning management systems, and more. A key focus will be on analyzing the need for AI enhancements to propel the company into a future tech state. The role demands a hands-on, impact-focused individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to precision and execution.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of related HR experience, with a strong background in HR systems, tools, and AI capabilities. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in large-scale change management, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to present and work with senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in annual and budget planning, as well as working with vendors and solution providers. Desired qualifications include a Master's degree and certifications in PMP and Sigma Six. The Executive Director will be expected to have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and to be proficient in HR tech and IT requirements. The role also demands a leader who can collaborate effectively, influence others, and lead with character.
