This role will facilitate responsive music programs for youth and young adults ages 9-24 in settings including residential treatment centers with satellite Program Partners and at studios in 1-1 sessions, small groups, rock camps, and other situations as needed. Programs provide participants with engaging, relevant, and challenging experiences in music to promote social and emotional development and amplify youth voices. Facilitators meet youth where they are, adapt to individual needs and abilities, balance the collective needs of the youth community, and set goals to support youths in writing and recording music. Note : this role does not manage other staff positions.

Location details : Portland, OR. Employment type : Part-Time.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate responsive music programs for youth and young adults (ages 9-24) in various settings, including residential treatment centers, satellite partner sites, and studio environments.
