Biesse is hiring a Service Coordinator to join our Charlotte team!
In this role, you will be an important point of contact for customers who need technical support. This role is about more than answering phones, though. You'll open cases, coordinate technician travel, validate technician payroll time, and support day-to-day operations so our technical services team can focus on solving customer problems.

Primary Responsibilities :
Field incoming service calls and emails from CustomersObtain and accurately enter Customers information in order to open a Case in SalesforceBooking technician travel arrangements including flight, hotel and rental carValidation of technician time for payroll purposesCollection and processing technicians' expensesReceptionist back up for daily lunch / breaks, out of officeWork hand in hand with all team members to ensure that all service calls are processed efficiently and accurately.Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assignedWhat we're looking for :
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in an administrative assistance, customer service, , service coordinator, or related roleStrong communication skillsExcellent attention to detailPreferred : Experience coordinating business travel for others
