Job Summary / Company :

Sparks Group has partnered with a growing consulting firm to find an Accountant. As the Accountant, you will be responsible for general ledger, billing, reconciling accounts, reporting, etc. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of relevant accounting experience to include working in consulting or professional services environment with hourly billing, is a self-starter who is excited to help create and streamline processes. Responsibilities :

• Handle daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks, including accounts payable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage credit card reconciliation and financial account maintenance.
• Perform monthly balance sheet and intercompany account reconciliations, including variance analysis.
• Assist with invoice preparation and WIP (work-in-progress) analysis.
• Support the monthly and year-end close processes and help with annual review requests.

Pay Range : Salary $85,000.00 to $130,000.00
