Synergy Companies is looking for a new HVAC installer lead to join our Fresno team. Being a part of the Synergy team allows you to help people in need in your community. Responsibilities :

• Removing old systems
• Installing new systems
• Performing routine maintenance
• Training junior team members
• Communicating with clients and customers
• Ordering and maintaining equipment
• Meeting local HVAC codes
• Running pipe and duct systems throughout homes
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
• Understanding refrigeration cycles
• Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature
• Addressing mechanical and electrical issues with HVAC systems.
• System Maintenance task like cleaning, adjusting, repairs, and warranty work
