While our mission proudly focuses on hiring Veterans, we evaluate all candidates based on their education, experience, and qualifications. If you bring technical expertise, professionalism, and a drive to contribute — whether you've served or not — you will be fully considered.
In the Manufacturing Tech role, you will perform general manufacturing production and non-production machine and equipment maintenance. At times, you will be doing preventative maintenance and at others, predictive maintenance to ensure maximum uptime. As part of a team, you will work closely with production supervisors and operators to support all production initiatives, including line setup and relocation, equipment modifications and repairs, and preventative maintenance.
For the Maintenance role, you will focus on Maintenance of industrial and facilities machinery and equipment.
For either role, they need candidates with strong, hands-on, troubleshooting, and repair experience on electrical (up to 480volt and 3-phase motors) and mechanical systems (mostly hydraulics and pneumatics) to work on their equipment, including the ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams. They will teach you the intricacies of their specific equipment, like air compressors and chillers, but they need someone who has the ability and desire to learn.
They have openings across two shifts. They have both a first shift, 6 AM to 4 : 00 PM, Monday-Thursday, and a 2nd shift, 4 PM to 2 : 00 AM, Monday night to Thursday night, with a $1 / HR differential. Both positions will start on the first shift for training. Once the person hired for the 2nd shift is up to speed, they will go to that shift. There is also plenty of OT but most is done on Friday, Saturday and / or Sunday, right now they are working 7 days a week, with the possibility of that slowing down after the holidays.
