Boston Speech Therapy is looking for a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to work with early childhood populations. This position offers a flexible schedule with competitive pay ranging from $60 to $80 per hour. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in assessing and helping young children develop essential communication skills that lay the foundation for their educational and social success.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech and language skills in young children.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to improve communication skills.
- Collaborate with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support children's development.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt plans as necessary.
- Educate families on strategies to foster communication skills at home.
Requirements
