Job Description : As a Marketing Assistant at XTalk Prep, you will support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity, organization, and teamwork, as you will assist in various marketing activities including content creation, campaign coordination, and market research.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
 - Create, edit, and manage content for social media, email, and website platforms.
 - Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
 - Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events and campaigns.
 - Track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts and prepare reports.
 - Maintain and update marketing databases and materials.
 - Coordinate with external vendors, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.
 
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Skills & Abilities :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Prior experience in a marketing or administrative role is preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software.Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
