Job Description
Peterson Cat has a need for an Earthmoving Service Operations Manager who can be based at either our Hillsboro, OR or San Leandro, CA location.
The Earthmoving Service Operations Manager collaborates with Earthmoving Service and Sales Managers in addition to senior leadership to optimize operational excellence and drive continuous improvement of Service operations. This role is responsible for managing the Earthmoving Technical Communication and Warranty departments as well as the Product Support Rebuild Specialist. Additional responsibilities include presenting key performance indicators (KPI's); identifying, documenting, and working to replicate best Service department practices and procedures; and acting as a liaison between Service, Parts, and Sales departments on machine rebuilds.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a fully accredited college in Business Administration, Project Management or other closely related field; and a minimum of five (5) or more years of directly related experience in Business Administration, Project Management, preferably in a heavy industrial environment; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Previous supervisory experience required.
The annual pay range for this position is :
San Leandro, CA : $140,000-170,000 annually
Hillsboro, OR : $125,000 - 150,000 annually
We also offer a total compensation package in addition to base salary.
