Operations Admin
The Operations Admin works closely with the operational managers and office manager. Pay : $18.00 - $20.00 depending of experience. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Shift : Monday - Friday 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Basic Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
- No experience required and on the job training provided.
Preferred Qualifications :
Two (2) years of prior multi-line reception experience, dispatching experience, or administrative duties is required.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs : Excel, Word, Power Point, and PublisherTwo (2) years' experience in Accounts Receivables.Working knowledge understanding and reading contracts.Responsibilities :
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs : Excel, Word, Power Point, and Publisher.Schedule and dispatch resources, which may be team members, crews / teams, equipment, or service vehicles, to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using radios, telephones, and / or computers; determines types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required according to work orders or client requirementsEnsure timely and efficient movement of resources according to work orders and / or resource schedulesOversee all communications within specifically assigned area(s)Receive or prepare work orders and work schedulesRecord and maintain files and records of customer requests, work, or services performed, inventory, and other dispatch informationRecognize and mitigate a variety of issues encountered within the department and other work environmentsConfer with clients and / or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for resourcesMonitor resources and utilization in order to coordinate services and schedules to achieve optimal efficiency;Compile statistics and reports on work progress.Monitor daily services and provide updates and reportsComply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
