Center Operations Director

We’re seeking a Center Operations Director who has the drive and passion to support a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Aurora, Colorado .

Ensures that the clinic site operates effectively, efficiently, and consistently with Salud's model of care delivery, focusing on Salud’s mission and goals included in the strategic plan.   The Center Operations Director approaches tasks in a team-based fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change.

Provides senior leadership at the clinic and manages all aspects of the clinic’s health care delivery system, excluding direct patient care and clinical protocols which are led by the Site Medical Director or Dental Director.  Senior leadership functions shall be carried out through the implementation of a leadership team approach to shared decision-making among the Medical Director, Dental Director, and Center Operations Director; however, this position has lead decision-making authority at the clinic.

• Starting annual salary range - $61,138 to $70,309

Experience :

Licensure / Certification :

If the Center Operations Director is licensed / credentialed to perform health care services such as Medical Assistant, Registered Nurse, or Behavioral health work, and is fully credentialed / privileged through Salud; they may assist in these areas with supervisory approval due to unforeseen circumstances

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
