Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS operations or customer success
Deep fluency in customer success metrics, journey mapping, and health scoring
Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage a team
Experience with customer lifecycle tools such as Gainsight and Salesforce
