Job description

A healthcare organization in Brooklyn is seeking an Intake Coordinator to guide families through the intake process. Must enjoy speaking with people constantly and be client-focused.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide clear supportive information to families.
  • Gather and follow up on insurance and documentation.
  • Coordinate with departments and maintain organized records.
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • Strong communication multitasking and time management skills.
  • Energetic positive and enjoy speaking with people.
  • Computer proficient and quick learner in fast-paced environments.
