Director, Clinical Technology And Reporting Strategy

As a Director, Clinical Reporting and Technology Strategy, you will play a key role in developing the strategic reporting and technology roadmap for clinical initiatives. This position will focus on synthesizing internal clinical work, assessing and prioritizing opportunities for reporting, analytics, and technology, and developing the prioritization process and roadmap to support the tools needed to execute on priorities. You will partner across clinical strategy, clinical analytics and reporting, and clinical technology and product teams, and clinical and operations leadership. The Director will ensure a thoughtful and consistent user experience is deployed throughout technology and reporting. The Director will be a thought partner, internal consultant, and leader in continuing to build the right tools and technology to further our clinical strategy. This role will require strategic thinking and creative problem solving combined with practical operational experience to synthesize strategic initiatives and pilots and develop into a technology and reporting roadmap that will deliver the greatest impact to clinical outcomes and quality of life.

Location preference is Denver, CO.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute on a clinical reporting and technology roadmap aligned with the village clinical strategy.
  • Collaborate with the clinical strategy teams, the analytics and reporting team, the technology teams, the clinical services team, and the field operations teams to develop a technology and reporting prioritization process and ensure the process is maintained to support clinical initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain standards of excellence for field reporting and analytics to ensure high quality field user experience for reports and technology.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the team. Responsible for performance development, performance management, retention, team assignments, and teammate relations.
  • Work directly with your managers to create a sustained culture which drives patient safety, compliance, and outcomes.

Specialized Experience, Educations, Training, Or Qualifications

6+ years experience in consulting, process improvement, strategic planning, operations / healthcare management, or similar. Bachelors degree is required and Masters in relevant field (MBA, MHA) is preferred with 3+ years post-graduate experience. Demonstrated experience in healthcare payor, provider, consulting, or other relevant healthcare field. Subject matter expertise in value-based healthcare programs and strategies and accountable care models. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, with clear ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, track record as a relationship builder that quickly gains confidence and credibility with broad groups of stakeholders. Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution to deliver impactful results. Travel up to 25%.
