Trainee Support Agent

SKELAR is a venture builder that creates international IT product companies according to the rules of global venture investments. Together with co-founders we are assembling strong teams to launch IT product businesses and win in global markets. Currently we need a Trainee Support Agent in one of our portfolio companies who can not only support but also improve the level of customer service.

What challenges await you as a Trainee Support Agent :

• Processing incoming customer support requests via calls, chats, and email (Freshdesk);
• Working to retain customers from refunds and performing refunds through payment tools as needed;
• Achieving KPIs and other performance metrics set for the team;
• Participating in the development of templates and suggestions for improving workflows;
• Maintaining the refund rate at an appropriate level;
• Maintaining work spreadsheets;
• Meetings with team lead and team;
• Transmission of bug reports upon their independent detection or after receiving a request from customers.
