As a LOB Risk Manager II within PNC's Technology Infrastructure Services Risk organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Strong Leader with Technology Program Management experience
• Risk Management expertise
• General understanding of technology – Data Center, Network, Workforce Collaboration

Job Description

  • Manages the facilitation and coordination of all assigned portfolios. Typically project size is greater than $70m.
  • Manages the development and approval process for strategic initiative governance for assigned portfolios.
  • Manages the development and review of analysis and reporting information related to key strategic portfolio milestones.
  • Oversight and accountability for the portfolio budget while working to ensure success of the portfolio.
  • Works across multi-disciplinary functions and manages vender relationships to ensure success of the portfolio. Consults with project and program managers/teams as needed

Problem Solving – Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

Project Administration – Knowledge of, and ability to use, organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.

Project Management – Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources, to achieve project objectives.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
