About The Position

We are seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 6-day locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin. This opportunity begins on Oct 14, 2025, and features day shifts from 6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm, with specific dates scheduled throughout October. The provider will evaluate occupational health cases and deliver care in accordance with best practices.

Responsibilities and Duties

See and evaluate occupational medicine cases as assigned

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses

Document patient encounters in accordance with facility policies

Ensure compliance with all required certifications and standards of care

Additional Information

Wisconsin licensure required

Must have current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Board certification in Occupational Medicine required
