Product Manager – Healthcare Innovation (Chicago, IL | Hybrid)

Our client is working to build products that transform how patients and providers experience care - and they are looking for a Product Manager who’s excited to lead the charge. If you’re passionate about healthcare, technology, and creating solutions that make a measurable difference, this role puts you at the center of it all.

As a Product Manager , you’ll own the strategy, execution, and delivery of multiple initiatives that shape the future of healthcare technology. You’ll move seamlessly between market research, product roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration - bringing clarity, focus, and momentum to projects that improve outcomes for patients and providers alike.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the product pipeline : Manage multiple in-development concepts at once, keeping projects on track and ensuring milestones are hit.
• Be the product expert : Build a deep understanding of solutions and stay ahead of competitive offerings and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities : Conduct research with clients and industry experts to uncover gaps in the market and shape new product capabilities.
• Create clarity : Develop internal documentation and client-facing materials that support product operations, marketing, and go-to-market efforts.
• Build partnerships : Work with third-party providers - such as data suppliers and technology partners - to craft agreements that accelerate growth and align with company goals.
