Overview

Structural Site Engineer – (Cleanroom Equipment Pad & Raised Floor)

Austin, Tx Area

We're hiring Structural Site Engineers to support advanced cleanroom construction projects for high-tech manufacturing facilities, including semiconductor, display, and pharmaceutical environments.

This role is ideal for a technically skilled, detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in precision facility construction. You'll work closely with project management and engineering teams to ensure structural foundations, equipment pads, and raised floors are executed to the highest standards.

What You'll Do

  • Support the project management team from planning through commissioning and close-out.
  • Review specifications and shop drawings to ensure compliance with owner requirements.
  • Coordinate engineering issues with design firms and contractors.
  • Monitor construction activities, track progress, and provide status reports.
  • Manage schedules and execution plans for assigned scopes (fabrication and installation).
  • Communicate project updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Associate degree or higher in engineering, construction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Background in semiconductor plant or cleanroom construction is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with architectural standards and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Proficiency with BIM, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and MS Office tools.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts when required.
  • Bilingual (English / Korean) a plus.
