Dive into critical production improvement projects, lead new product introductions, and tackle challenging product failure analyses. This role offers a unique chance to make a real impact while honing your engineering skills in a dynamic and innovative environment. Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run June-December (including the Fall semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity). What You Will Do :

• Support production improvement and new product introduction projects.
• Conduct product failure analysis and corrective actions.
• Assist in managing and ensuring supplier quality.
• Help implement and maintain quality management systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing tools. What You Will Learn :
• Analytical Problem Solving : Problem-solving methods like 8D and root cause analysis.
• Supplier Quality Assurance : Key aspects of managing supplier quality.
• New Product Development : Phases and tools of new product development and launch.
• Quality Management Systems : Standards and certification processes.
• Lean Manufacturing : Techniques like 5S and Value Stream Mapping. Qualifications You Must Have :
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
